❓ Do you courier plants nationwide?
Yes, we courier live plants nationwide within South Africa. Local collection in Humansdorp is available by arrangement.

❓ How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier route.

❓ What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We’ll assess and assist as per our Refund Policy.

❓ Can I return live plants?
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

❓ Do you sell digital products?
Yes! We offer instant digital downloads such as garden guides, planners, and botanical art. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.

❓ Can I visit your nursery?
Yes, locals are welcome to visit by arrangement:
