Welcome to Botanical at Nine. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or have permission from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Products & Availability

We sell both live plants and digital products/downloads.

All live plants are subject to availability. We do our best to keep stock updated, but availability may change quickly due to live inventory.

Product images are for reference only. Plants are living items and may vary slightly in size, colour, or shape.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include any physical items.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched, made ready for collection, or digital downloads are delivered.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders for live plants may only be cancelled before packing and dispatch.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital products and downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

Shipping & Collection

Courier delivery is available nationwide within South Africa.
Local collection is available as a checkout option. Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service or external factors beyond our control.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping timelines.

Live Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living items and may experience natural stress during transit. Minor leaf damage or cosmetic changes are not considered defects.

Once delivered or collected, the care of the plant becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Digital Products Disclaimer

Digital products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results from using digital content, templates, or guides, as outcomes depend on individual use and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Botanical at Nine is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse, incorrect care, or mishandling of plants after delivery.

We are not responsible for courier delays, weather-related delays, or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer details.

We are not responsible for technical issues on the customer’s device that prevent the use of digital downloads.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective once published on this website.
