🌿 Return & Refund Policy – Botanical at Nine
Because we sell live plants and perishable items, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting plant health and courier risks.
Live Plants & Perishable Items
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
We take great care to package plants securely and ship healthy specimens. However, plants are living items and may experience some natural stress during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your plant arrives severely damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the claim and may offer:

A replacement (if stock is available), or

A store credit, or
-
A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
Courier & Shipping Delays
We use third-party couriers. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times and handling are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Care Responsibility After Delivery
Once delivered, the care of the plant becomes the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot offer refunds for plants that decline due to incorrect care, repotting shock, overwatering, underwatering, sunburn, or environmental changes.
Non-Plant Items (Digital Downloads & Products)
Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical non-plant items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return courier costs are for the customer’s account.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipping.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
