We courier live plants nationwide within South Africa.
Local collection is available as a checkout option.
Dispatch Time
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During extreme weather or busy periods, dispatch may be delayed to protect plant health.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier route.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as couriers are third-party services.
Local Collection (Pickup)
Local collection is available as a checkout option.
Please select Local Collection / Pickup at checkout.
We will notify you by WhatsApp or email when your order is ready for collection.
Collection is from Humansdorp, Eastern Cape, by arrangement.
Packaging & Live Plant Care
Plants are securely packaged to protect them during transit.
Some natural stress or minor cosmetic damage may occur and is normal when shipping live plants.
Courier Responsibility
Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery handling and timing are outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or regional route delays.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Returned parcels may incur re-shipping fees.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
